Welcome from the Founder
Hello, future PlaySee partners! My name is Artem Kornilov, founder of PlaySee.
Attracting new users is one of the most challenging and expensive tasks for any SaaS product. That’s why I’m building honest, mutually beneficial relationships with those who can help grow PlaySee.
You’re not just an affiliate — you’re a true partner. We’re happy to share a generous percentage of our revenue because doing it ourselves costs far more.
Below are the official terms, but remember: we’re open to solving issues individually and building relationships based on mutual support and trust.
These Partner Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the PlaySee Partner Program (the “Program”), operated by the Individual Entrepreneur (Taxpayer ID: 366527069848), referred to as the “Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By registering as a Partner and participating in the Program, you (the “Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms, as well as the Terms of Use, Offer Agreement, and Privacy Policy available at https://playsee.pro. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
1. Program Overview
The PlaySee Partner Program allows any registered user to become a Partner and earn recurring commissions for referring new paying customers (“Referred Users”) who subscribe to a paid Pricing Plan (Starter, Pro, Business, or Business+).
You earn a percentage of net revenue from every payment made by your Referred Users — calculated after payment processing fees, taxes, and refunds (if any).
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1. To join, you must:
Be a registered PlaySee user.
Complete Partner registration in your Personal Account at: https://app.playsee.pro/partner
Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
2.2. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke any Partner application at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
3. Referral Tracking
3.1. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link (your “Referral Tool”) via the email you provided.
3.2. A Referred User is credited to you only if:
They click your referral link during signup.
They complete registration within 14 days of clicking.
The referral is not flagged as fraudulent, self-referral, or a violation of these Terms.
3.3. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer yourself, your company, or use fake accounts to earn commissions.
4. Commission Structure
You earn a percentage of net revenue from each successful payment based on the Referred User’s plan:

Note: Plan names and rates may change in the future. You’ll be notified 30 days in advance.
5. Payouts
5.1. Commissions are accrued per payment and paid within 15 business days of your payout request, provided your balance is at least $70 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
5.2. Payouts are made via bank transfer (ACH/SEPA) or PayPal.
5.3. You must provide accurate payout details. For tax reporting:
US Partners: W-9 (if earnings >$600/year)
Non-US Partners: W-8BEN
EU/UK: Self-certification (VAT ID if applicable)
5.4. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details or payment processor issues.
6. Lifetime Commissions
You earn recurring commissions on all future payments from your Referred Users as long as:
They remain active paying customers.
You remain an active Partner in good standing.
The Program is active.
If a user upgrades/downgrades, your rate adjusts from the next billing cycle.
7. Custom & Enterprise Deals
Partners driving high-volume or enterprise clients can request:
Higher commission rates
One-time bonuses
Co-marketing support

8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Send spam or use deceptive advertising.
Bid on “PlaySee” or branded keywords in paid search (PPC).
Misrepresent the Service or make false claims.
Place referral links on coupon/deal/cashback sites without approval.
Violate our Terms of Use or applicable laws.
Violations result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. We may update rates, thresholds, or Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or dashboard.
9.2. You may end participation anytime by emailing partners@playsee.pro.
9.3. We may terminate your access immediately for breach, fraud, or at our discretion.
9.4. Upon termination:
You receive commissions for payments made within 30 days prior.
No further commissions are earned.
10. Taxes & Compliance
10.1. You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. 10.2. We report payments to tax authorities where required (e.g., IRS Form 1099-NEC for US Partners earning >$600/year). 10.3. Provide tax forms promptly upon request.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to commissions paid to you in the last 6 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Voronezh, Russia, unless prohibited by mandatory local law.
Note for EU/UK/US users: Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply. We comply with international standards and are open to good-faith resolution.
