PlaySee Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the PlaySee service (the “Service”) provided by the Individual Entrepreneur (Taxpayer Identification Number: 366527069848), hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using the Service, you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The PlaySee Service enables registered Users to create video widgets, upload videos, add links to other pages or products at their discretion, and obtain embed codes to integrate widgets into their websites, allowing visitors to view videos and follow the provided links.

2. Conditions of Use

2.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Service’s software except for creating and embedding video widgets. 2.3. The Provider retains all rights to the Service and its software.

3. Registration

3.1. To use the Service, you must register by providing accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes. 3.2. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. If your account is compromised, immediately contact our support team through the Service. 3.3. The Provider may refuse registration or suspend access to the Service without providing a reason.

4. Your Content

4.1. You confirm that:

  • You are the author of the uploaded content (videos, links) or have the legal rights to use it.

  • Your content complies with the content rules and requirements outlined in Section 5 of this Agreement. 4.2. The Provider reserves the right to review your content and remove it or suspend your access to the Service if it violates these terms.

5. Content Rules and Prohibited Use

You agree to comply with the following content rules and requirements for all content (media files, embedded content, links, and text) uploaded or used within the Service. The Provider may remove any content or suspend your account without prior notice if, in our sole discretion, the content violates these rules. No refunds (if applicable) will be issued for violations.

5.1. Adult Content Content must be suitable for all ages, including minors. If you upload content that may be considered adult material (e.g., depicting individuals in revealing clothing), you must label it as sensitive content.

5.2. Hate Speech Content must not incite hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, or health condition.

5.3. Election Interference Content must not interfere with local or national election processes, including misleading the public about voting procedures, locations, or eligibility, or attempting to sell or buy voting rights.

5.4. Illegal Goods and Services Content must not promote or facilitate the sale of regulated or illegal goods or services, including but not limited to:

  • Alcohol

  • Drugs

  • Weapons or weapon blueprints

  • Human body parts (including biological fluids, blood, etc.)

  • Adoption or surrogacy offers

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Embargoed goods

  • Endangered or protected species or their parts

  • Regulated plants, insects, or animals

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Hazardous or toxic materials

  • Identification documents

  • Personal information or mailing lists

  • Recalled products

  • Stolen items

  • Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes

  • Gambling

  • Human trafficking or prostitution The Service may not be used to encourage or facilitate any illegal activities, including the sale of illegal goods or services.

5.5. Spam and Fraud You may not use the Service to send spam or deceive visitors, including linking to external sites that collect personal information under false pretenses.

5.6. Harassment You may not use the Service to intimidate, harass, threaten, or bully others.

5.7. Extremist or Terrorist Content You may not use the Service to advertise, promote, glorify, or raise funds for extremist groups or their activities.

5.8. Harm to Minors You may not post content that harms or promotes harm to minors, including materials depicting child sexual abuse, harassment of minors, or inappropriate depictions of minors.

5.9. Self-Harm You may not post content that promotes or glorifies suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous treatments.

5.10. Graphic or Violent Content You may not post content intended to disturb viewers, including depictions of blood, mutilation, excessive violence, or physical harm.

5.11. Copyright and Trademarks You may not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of individuals or entities, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

5.12. Confidential Information You may not post content that discloses others’ personal information or collect identifying information (e.g., IP addresses) without a lawful basis or disclose private content without consent.

5.13. Misinformation You may not create pages impersonating other individuals or organizations or post false, inaccurate, or misleading content intended to deceive others.

5.14. Additional Restrictions

  • The Provider may refuse to allow links to competing services, websites, or their communities.

  • Links to resources blocked by other social networks are prohibited.

  • Other violations, including creating multiple accounts to artificially inflate activity or using automated systems to generate fake interactions, are prohibited. The Provider may terminate your access to the Service without notice if you violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided “as is.” The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for your expectations. 6.2. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or other damages arising from the use of the Service. The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to USD 70 and may only be imposed by a court decision. 6.3. You agree to indemnify the Provider for any losses caused by your violation of this Agreement.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement and notify Users through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to the revised Agreement.

8. Termination of Registration

8.1. You may stop using the Service by notifying our support team through the Service. Your registration will be terminated within five (5) business days. 8.2. The Provider may suspend or terminate your registration if you violate this Agreement or do not use the Service for more than 90 days.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the Service’s Website at https://playsee.pro.
